Fly Honey Warehouse on Instagram: "Hey y’all, if you haven’t heard yet, I’m(Adam) gonna be moving outta Albuquerque in a couple weeks, so this may be the last fly honey show if we’re not able to put something together in October(currently figuring it out) I moved into 512 Sycamore eight and a half years ago with my best friend Brittany. Once the dude on the other side moved out, Keith from TIDES. and Joel from crushed!? moved in and we started hosting parties and shows that slowly got bigger and bigger. It was always insane to me how we went from 50 people that we all knew to hundreds of people that we didn’t even recognize, but it was that love of music that kept it all together and made it a truly magical place. We’ve hosted some amazing bands; Portrayal Of Guilt, Birds In Row, Gouge Away, The Octopus Project, Zeta(like three times🤯) and countless others in the DIY tour circuit. Fly Honey has had like three “last” shows now over landlord bullshit, people moving, and from us having no idea what’s gonna happen, but this is for sure this time. Thank you Brittany, Keith, Joel, Darrian, Barney, Liz, Nik, Greg, Thanh, Sasha, and Eric for being a part of it and pouring a piece of their hearts into this god awful house that no one should have had to live at. I’ll probably get way more sentimental later on but there’s work to do right now. Please come out to this show to celebrate/mourn if you can. And if you’ve been considering throwing shows, hit me up cause Albuquerque is gonna really need it in a couple months.
